Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes and cracks, and sanding rough areas.
- Clean and wash surfaces to remove dirt, grease, and dust to ensure proper adhesion of paint and finishes.
- Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats.
Painting and Finishing:
- Select and mix paints, stains, and varnishes to achieve the desired color and finish.
- Apply paints, stains, and varnishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
- Ensure smooth and even application of paint and finishes on all surfaces.
Decorative Techniques:
- Apply decorative finishes such as stenciling, marbling, and faux finishes to enhance the aesthetic appeal of surfaces.
- Hang wallpaper and other wall coverings with precision and attention to detail.
Quality Control:
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, ensuring that all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Make touch-ups and repairs as necessary to maintain the highest level of workmanship.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use protective gear and equipment to ensure safety while working.

Qualifications:
Education:

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator, with 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Strong understanding of painting and decorating techniques, materials, and tools.
Skills:
