Job Summary:
Join Tazzer Group as a Groundworker and play a crucial role in the foundation and development of our construction projects. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to prepare construction sites, including excavation, laying foundations, and installing drainage systems. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in groundworking, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Preparation:
- Clear construction sites of debris and obstructions.
- Perform excavation and earthmoving tasks to prepare sites for building foundations.
Foundation Work:
- Lay and prepare foundations for structures, including concrete pouring and formwork.
- Install reinforcements and ensure proper leveling and alignment of foundations.
Drainage and Utilities Installation:
- Install and maintain drainage systems, including pipes, manholes, and sewers.
- Connect water and sewage lines to main systems and ensure proper function and compliance with regulations.
Surface Work:
- Lay pavements, driveways, and other surface materials.
- Ensure accurate grading and leveling of surfaces to meet project specifications.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform tasks in compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
Equipment Operation:
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment used in groundworking, such as excavators, loaders, and compactors.

Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:
Education:

Experience:
